It’s official, people. The Incredibles 2 is actually happening and we couldn’t be happier about it.
The much-wanted sequel to The Incredibles (2004) will again feature the Parr family and it will reportedly pick up right after the first movie ends.
The teaser shows off Jack Jack the baby’s super powers and reminds us why we loved the first movie so much. It’s under a minute long and it seems the movie may revolve around the trouble of raising a super powered baby. Babies in general are dangerous enough, but adding super powers into the mix is a whole other ball game.
From what we’ve seen so far, Jack Jack’s powers are pretty broad. In the teaser he has laser eyes, but at the end of the first film he fought off Syndrome by bursting into flame, turning his body into a heavy metal and transforming into a devil monster. So yeah. Good luck, Parrs.
The film has a release date of June 15th 2018. It was initially scheduled for a 2019 date, but thankfully it was brought forward.
