There’s certainly no doubt that I listened to this a lot in my teens. Okay, that pun was awful. However, today’s Track of the Day is not!
I listened to No Doubt almost constantly when I was growing up. ‘Spiderwebs’ in particular was a favourite of mine. It’s just so uplifting and catchy, but I must admit I only have a vague idea what the lyrics mean. Let’s face it, No Doubt in the 90s was weird!
However, I’d never looked up the video before today. I’ve never seen such blatant overuse of a fisheye lens in my life. Also, if someone could please ask Ms. Stefani to stop shoving her crotch at the camera before I get plaid-related PTSD I’d appreciate it.
