Despite mixed reactions from critics, Disney’s recent string of live action adaptations of their famous animated works has grossed a serious amount of dosh in the box office. The company is currently reaching their most profitable tenure in their 91 year history. Continuing on with this trend of bringing their art to life is the upcoming Beauty and The Beast remake.
Already boasting Emma Watson with a top billing as Belle, the production has now snagged seasoned actor and occasional white wizard, Ian McKellen. His warm toned, soothing voice will grace us with an assuredly lovable interpretation of the serious worrywart that we know as Cogsworth.
